Meet Your Instructor: Will Blunderfield

Will is a yogi, podcast host, musician, seeker, and a dedicated champion of the rewilding movement.

He's spent the last 20 years travelling the world studying with powerful teachers ranging from Mantak Chia to Gurmukh, learning potent techniques that helped him overcome addiction.

He was a Professor's Assistant & holds a degree from the University of British Columbia in Psychology, Critical Studies in Sexuality, & Human Nutrition.

Module 1: The Aquarian Age & The Awakening

In the first module of the course, we build the framework for the journey and the foundation for being a Yogic Warrior.

You learn the essential ingredients for raising your vibration with Kundalini Yoga and thus transmuting fears, worries, and depression. You begin to draw the line in the sand, and notify the non-supportive habits of the mind that their expiration date has arrived!

Kundalini yoga stimulates and clears stagnant energy from these nadi energy channels in the body. Nadi energy channels link the mind/body. Every thought and emotion is manifested through the body via the nadi channel connections between your brain and the entire body system.
